The Journal of Leadership, Ethics, Governance, and Sustainable Innovation (JLEGSI) follows a Gold Open Access publishing model. Under this model, the final published version of every article is made immediately and permanently available online upon publication, without any embargo period or access restrictions.

Readers and users are free to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full text of the journal’s articles without seeking prior permission from the publisher or the author, provided proper attribution is given.
